Hi, I am Cahrena.
I know what it feels like to have your world come apart — and to have to find yourself again in the rubble.
In 2021, I lost both of my parents and found myself navigating full-time solo parenting while carrying unresolved childhood trauma, grief, betrayal, and heartbreak that I hadn’t yet fully faced. My spirituality was tested in ways I never anticipated.
It was in that crucible that everything changed.
Through the Gene Keys, Archetypal Astrology, and eventually Rapid Resolution Therapy, I didn’t just survive that season — I alchemized it. I came back to myself. Not the version of me shaped by pain and conditioning, but the truest, most soulful version of who I actually am.
And now, helping others find their way back to themselves is not just my work — it’s my calling.

I blend Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) — one of the most effective and fast-acting therapeutic modalities available today — with the wisdom of Archetypal Astrology, Gene Keys, and Human Design.

Instead, we work directly with your conscious and subconscious mind to dissolve the emotional charge behind old patterns, trauma responses, and limiting beliefs — often in just one to three sessions.
